Insurance
Extras Support Staffing offers a supplemental insurance plan to employees who have worked for ninety days. Other plans can be offered to our employees as per client specifications.

Vacation
In recognition of employees who work for us over an extended period of time we offer yearly vacations to eligible employees who average 37.5 hours per week during an anniversary year.

Holiday Pay
After working for thirty days, employees are also eligible to receive holiday pay. Employees are paid eight hours at their current pay rate when they work the day before and the day after the following holidays and average 37.5 hours or more per week thirty (30) days prior:
New Year's Day              Memorial Day              Fourth of July
Labor Day              Thanksgiving Day              Christmas Day

Referral Bonus
Employees are our best resource for recruiting new employees. Our referral bonus is $25.00 paid to the employee referring a new employee who works for Extras Support Staffing for at least ninety (90) days.
